ABSOLUTE PILATES is a contemporary studio with a friendly relaxed atmosphere. We are conveniently located in the heart of Henderson at The District in Green Valley Ranch and in southern Las Vegas at South Eastern Avenue and Sunset Road.

We are a professional and fully equipped Pilates and GYROTONIC studio offering private, semi-private, triple and group sessions. We are open 7 days a week and have sessions throughout the day to suit your busy life-style

At ABSOLUTE PILATES our goal is to build strength, flexibility, balance and a sense of well-being. We treat everyone with respect and help each client achieve their individual fitness goals. The stress-free environment creates a space where clients feel comfortable to challenge their limits and themselves.
